Refund & Cancellation Policy

Booking Cancellations

Cancellations 45+ days before the event: 50% refund of the advance.

Cancellations 30–44 days before the event: 25% refund of the advance.

Cancellations 15–29 days before the event: advance is adjusted as credit valid 6 months (one rescheduling allowed).

Cancellations under 15 days before the event: no refund — advance is forfeited due to blocked dates.

Rescheduling

One free rescheduling is allowed if requested 15+ days before the event, subject to availability. Further reschedules may incur a nominal charge.

Photography & Editing Issues

If deliverables are affected by equipment failure on our side, we re-shoot or fully refund the affected portion after verification.

Photo Products

Customised products (albums, frames, mugs, tees, keychains) cannot be cancelled once production begins. Defective or wrongly printed items are replaced free of cost — report within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing may take 3–10 business days.
