New SR Videos provides wedding photography, cinematic videography, pre-wedding shoots, candid photography, drone coverage, event videography, albums and photo products in Barabanki and beyond.
Bookings & Payments
All bookings are confirmed with an advance payment and a written acknowledgement (call, WhatsApp or invoice). Wedding packages: 50% advance at booking, balance before delivery of final work.
Photo products require 100% advance before processing. Prices quoted are final and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate event details and obtain permissions for third-party locations. Uploaded content must not infringe anyone’s rights.
Intellectual Property
New SR Videos retains copyright of all images and videos we create. Clients receive personal, non-commercial usage rights. Commercial use (ads, resale, third-party portfolio use) requires written permission.
Limitation of Liability
In case of equipment failure, illness or force majeure, we will provide a replacement professional or a refund of payments made for the affected service, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes fall under the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
